Diocesan Deployment Officers are invited to use the network of NAEIMS in order to let trained interim clergy know about forthcoming opportunities. Many of the members of our organization are willing to travel far to a new site, while some prefer to find positions much closer to their home. Many of us who have served more than one church in a time of transition can testify to the grace involved in hearing about a new possibility for ministry just as one interim comes to an end.
